Although Mendoza’s reputation for world-class wine precedes it, only over the past few years has its gastronomy sibling started to share the limelight.
This western province in Argentina, lying at the foot of the Andes mountain range, hosts the Masters of Food & Wine from May 1st-4th, an annual affair organised by Park Hyatt Mendoza that has become Argentina’s most prestigious culinary event.
