Its latest crowning glory? A nine-hole golf course, the first in South America to be designed by the prestigious Arnold Palmer Design Company.
An unobtrusive fairway that has taken enormous care to incorporate the surrounding eucalyptus and pine woods, even the bunkers and flags are the last word in discretion so as not to upset environmental harmony. Thad Layton, senior golf course architect at Arnold Palmer Design Company, who worked on the project, talks to CENTURION about the new course and other fairway matters.
