Florería Atlántico has quite the pedigree – co-owners Renato ‘Tato’ Giovannoni worked for the UK’s Gaucho Group for many years while Julián Díaz is the aforementioned 878’s mastermind – but it’s the key ingredients of innovative cocktails and a delectable menu, in a basement decorated with fabled creatures, that make it such a winner.
